A warm welcome that have been given by you people is really like a beautiful dream which is rarely seen. Hundreds of wishes and hundreds of comments which are full of support and unconditional love that you have been shown toward us is also unforgettable.
Friends, we don’t know how many of you are aware about our mission “Aasha-the Ray of Hope”? We are sure, some of you have must attended the historical launch of www.namastesurkhet.com in Jilla Bikas Samiti-Surkhet on 14th October, 2008 and a small presentation was presented by this team. There are some dreams, those dreams which often come in an ordinary people’s mind and this team has tried to make them come true.
Aasha-The Ray of hope is the collection of those dreams which every eye wants to see, every mind will come ahead to support and help us to complete this mission. The level of pleasure rose meters of high when we got lots of appreciation and supportive mails for our small try. It’s just a starting and still a long journey has to be traveled. We will go out of track without your support, guidance and directions. No way to complete that targeted journey without your supervision.
As always, today also we are looking for the same co-operation, suggestions and support. We believe that you all will help us to make this dream come true and will support according to your skill and field of interest. We feel pleasure to announce the following volunteer positions in Surkhet. Namastesurkhet.com team requests you to come ahead, show your interest and participate to complete the mission “Aasha-the Ray of Hope.”

1. Local Correspondent
You should be owner of dynamic and self motivated personality. Ability of public speaking and ready to make quick decisions will be prior responsibility of this designation. At least S.L.C with basic typing and email knowledge will be advantage. Age and sex no bar.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with team members.
2. Providing information on selected topics as well as suggesting creative writings.

2. Photographer
You should be creative person with positive thinking. He/she should be a nature lover and have some basic photography skills. Willing to capture the world in camera, handling the digital (still and motion) camera and knowledge about Surkhet’s and its famous places will be bonus points. Age and sex no bar.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with team members
2. Capturing photos and sending them to team members
3. Suggesting the pictures for cover story and helping to build photo gallery

3. Event Executive
An energetic and confident person with excellent communication skills, ready to travel (rarely) according to requirement, self motivated and a perfect entertainer. Minimum +2 or higher qualification with good English speaking skills is must or prior experience will be considered. Age and sex no bar.

2. Organizing various events and competitions
3. Addressing shows and seminars
4. Ability to search the hidden talents from schools and colleges

4. Promotion Executive
How can you sell refrigerators in Arctic where temperature is less than -40°C? If you have its answer then 100% you are suitable for this post. An enthusiastic person, a team player with basic promotion tricks is preferred. Candidate should have knowledge about effective media to advertise in Surkhet and its native places. Age and sex no bar.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with team members
2. Planning advertisement of portal
3. Finding new routes to make website popular
4. Suggesting suitable advertisement and collecting advertisement
